T R O M P O is a new music ensemble dedicated to the performance of the music of now. T R O M P O is made up of Carlos Áñez (Flute), Marthe Lasthuis (Violin), and Laura Nygren (Double Bass). The three met while studying and living in the Netherlands and bonded over a love of playing together, making strange and beautiful sounds, and stretching the limits of their instruments.
